These terms explain the boundaries for using this check-up, its saved results and the linked resources.

Educational scope and medical safety

This assessment is for education and general wellbeing. It does not diagnose or treat high blood pressure and does not replace advice from your GP, pharmacist or another qualified health professional. Do not stop or change prescribed medication unless the prescriber tells you to.

If a home reading is 180/120 mmHg or higher, seek same-day medical advice. Call 999 for chest pain, severe breathlessness, sudden weakness or numbness, confusion, collapse, or other severe new symptoms.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate answers to the best of your knowledge and for deciding when to seek professional advice. You are also responsible for protecting your private result link. Do not publish or share it with anyone you do not want to view the result.

Content and permitted use

The check-up questions, presentation, educational content and downloadable resources are protected by intellectual property rights. They are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may download the checklist for that purpose, but must not sell, republish or misrepresent the materials.
