Blood Pressure & Vitality Check-Up
Privacy
This notice explains how information is handled when you complete the educational Blood Pressure & Vitality Check-Up and ask to see and receive your results.
Information collected
The quiz collects First Name, normalized Email, 21 numeric answers, seven category scores, overall score and tier, tied priority areas, consent timestamp and version, optional marketing-consent boolean, created timestamp, delivery state and safe error category, plus permitted UTM source, medium, campaign, content and term values when they are supplied.
Your quiz answers and derived scores are health-related information and may be special-category personal data.
We do not intentionally store full IP addresses, user-agent strings, exact blood-pressure readings or free-text medical content.
Service providers and purposes
Vercel hosts the application. Convex stores and processes quiz results. GetResponse receives the minimum approved fields needed to deliver the result you requested and, only if you give separate affirmative consent, ongoing marketing emails.
Requested results and essential result-link messages are distinct from optional marketing. Marketing consent is optional and can be withdrawn by using the unsubscribe facility in a marketing email.
Retention and private result links
Identifiable Convex result records are retained for 12 months from submission and are then scheduled for deletion. GetResponse retention and erasure follow the published notice and account process.
Each result URL contains a random bearer token. Anyone who has that link may be able to view the saved result, so keep the link private and do not post or forward it publicly.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be able to request access, correction, deletion or erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time. A particular right may not apply in every situation.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) about the use of your personal data.
